Rescues
- Pickup truck chassis are typically set up as light/medium-duty rescue truck.
- May be set up as primary medical response vehicle
- Use, crew, and design varies by department.

Brush Trucks
- Carries 250 gallons of water and a Pro-Pak for those times when Class A foam is needed.
- Utilized for grass fires or as support vehicle.
- CAFS (Compress Air Foam) truck primary response as Brush Truck
- Ability to spray foam to aid in fire suppression.
- May be requested to structure fire for CAFS.
- Foam creates “barrier” to help smother the fire.
- Crew 2-3

Engines
- Engines can be low capacity at 750 gallons of water or high capacity pumper-tankers with up to 2000 gal.
- The high capacity engines can also responds as a tanker when needed.
- Depending on the configuration it can seat 4-6 Firefighters
- Engines carry necessary equipment to fight structure fires.
- Some engines also perform as the platform for specialized rescue or carry extrication equipment.
